What do you credit for your victory?
We credit our staff and doctors for their commitment to their patients, providing exceptional care and results, and how our practice gives back to the community.
What separates you from your competition?
Hands down, it is our outstanding customer service, the hallmark of our practice. The personal time and attention the doctor gives to each patient at each visit, and the expertise and skill they impart, creates the beautiful smiles you see all over our community.
How have you managed to navigate 2020?
We were blessed that we did not have to let any of our staff go during the six weeks we were not allowed to see patients pursuant to state and national Covid mandates. During this time we improved systems in our practice, completed continuing education and made our practice stronger and more efficient than before, even with the installation of new safety procedures. We are working together as a team to adapt to this changing climate, striving to still provide the personal touch while maintaining safety protocols.
What is next for your business? Future plans or growth?
Ferris Orthodontics has three locations: Boerne, Bulverde and Leon Springs. We are currently a Platinum Invisalign Provider and are fitting more adults, as well as teens, in Invisalign.
What are your biggest challenges you see for 2021?
To maintain our commitment to personalized care and attention to detail in both a changing field of medicine and economic environment.
