Winning the BEST OF this year feels great. Our team works so hard and it is so nice to see people appreciating the great customer service that we offer. We all love helping people with their pets needs and it’s nice to see the community appreciating our teams hard work.

We credit our victory to great customer service and going above and beyond for each customer.
What separates you from your competition?
We offer products not found in big box pet stores as well as baking fresh, all natural, human grade dog treats and cakes in the store.
How have you managed to navigate 2020?
It has been a tough year for all small businesses, to help navigate through the toughest times we started offering online ordering and curbside pick-up for our customer and team members safety. We really appreciate our customers and the community for continuing to trust us to provide products and food for their pets.
What is next for your business? Future plans or growth?
We will be introducing new pet food lines and some frozen foods in the coming months.
