What do you credit for your victory?
I am blessed to have a great team of floral designers that are creative and take pride in their work. We have great customer service and outstanding quality products. These attributes make for a successful business. We are passionate about making everyone’s experience the very best.
What separates you from your competition?
We are constantly taking classes and seminars to learn the most cutting edge techniques and trends in the floral business. Education has enabled us to be more creative and has given us the confidence to create some of the most unique designs for our clients.
How have you managed to navigate 2020?
One day at a time. When you create lasting relationships with clients along with superior products they will continue to support your business and that is what has happened for us in 2020.
What is next for your business? Future plans or growth?
Our future plans are to continue to grow and adapt to an ever changing world.
What are your biggest challenges you see for 2021?
Some of our biggest challenges are to continue to provide a safe environment for both my staff and clients. COVID-19 has changed how we interact with our clients how we provide superior customer service.
