What do you credit for your victory?
We believe our community based environment is credit to our victory. We have built an outstanding relationship with our families who in turn have referred us to many of our new families.
What separates you from your competition?
Lil Explorers is different then your typical daycare. We based our learning for each week on what the kids are wanting to learn and it is all hands on and play based. We want them to have fun and be kids all while learning.
How have you managed to navigate 2020?
Despite having to close for a few weeks due to covid and to protect our families and staff. We lost some teachers and some families but we have made a great comeback and are excited about what the rest of 2020 will bring us.
What is next for your business? Future plans or growth?
Next on the agenda for Lil Explorers is expansion. We plan to open a Kindergarten class that is nature based for our Boerne Community.
What are your biggest challenges you see for 2021?
I think our biggest challenge will be staying as Boernes Best for Daycares. We plan on working even harder to stay committed to our families.
What would you like to say to the readers that voted for you?
We would love to thank every single person that voted for us. It truly means a lot to us. We have only been open for a year as Lil Explorers so winning this category really motivates us to be the best we can be for Boerne. We are so very thankful for all of our families and we hope to see you all soon.
